Accomplishments Oversaw transition moving invoice processing from the US to Shanghai. Coordinated with Chinese counterparts to make sure Chinese staff understood invoice processes and job ordering. Implemented re-organization of Cosco's Equipment operations, including coordination with intermodal and customer service departments. Hired and trained several employees to staff the North American Operations Center in the Equipment and Intermodal Departments. Created first comprehensive new employee orientation which was subsequently regionalized and used corporate-wide. Was tapped to present this to new employees at NAOC. Was tapped to be a mentor in Cosco's mentoring program. Utilized bilingual Chinese skills to effectively work in a multi-cultural setting. Have translated for all levels of foreign constituents and dignitaries for the largest shipping company in China. Advised event staff on protocol for international meetings.
