In my 20 years experience I have handled 150000 Metric Tonnes of structural steel fabrication and erection for Oil and Gas Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, steel buildings, steel bridge construction Projects, 100 Kilometre Pipeline in Oil and Gas Refinery and 2 nos. Oil Storage Tanks in Refinery. My involvement in the above projects includes but not limited to: * Leading the team of Engineers / Technician for effective and realistic Project Planning * Quality Assurance and Quality Control specific to the codes and standard as per Project Specification * Project work Execution as per approved design, drawing, method statement, Quality documents such as (Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Welding Procedure Specification, Non Destructive Testing requirement, Surface Preparation and Painting, Erection/Installation Sequence and Method Statement. * Heath Safety and Environment Management during Execution of works by identification of Hazards and Risk Assessment, Eliminating potential Hazards by control methods such as alteration/modification, application of Engineering, Educating people by Safety Tool Box Talk and training. * Educating people for best workmanship * Billing as per contract terms and conditions.
