Areas of Expertise Leadership - Program Management: * Corporate PMO - Extensive project experience is required with the ability to follow clients' Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process, and Standard Systems Development Methodologies. * Established large PMO office, methods, process and governance - Banks, Retail, Mining, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, and Utilities - increased efficiencies by 10% per year. * DR & Pandemic Planning - Develop, setup, implement, and maintain Disaster Recovery across IT and user communities. * Review existing DR and Recovery plans and setup specific enhancements to BCP. * Lead Business, IT, and HR in identifying critical resources and dependencies and perform POCs and mock trials. * Inculcate a unified BRP response across each line of business, HR, and IT for possible events. * Setup KPIs, governance, escalation processes, measurements, and reports on incident management. * Setup two factor authentication, processes and documentation access for critical resources with multiple repositories.
