Civil Eng, has 22 years professional experience in supervising and managing construction contracts and projects, examples of which include international, large scale industrial private sector infrastructure development and specialist public sector infrastructure projects such as oil & gas refinery, marine structures, pharmaceutical plants, industrial manufacturing facilities, hospitals and more. Of specific relevance Mr. Elmali has: * Full fluency of English and Turkish languages * A proven international civil engineering career with best practices from Turkey, Russia, UAE, Ireland and Netherlands. * Experience and knowledgeable in all FIDIC CoC, DAB and claims management * Large and recent experience in the implementation of EU IPA civil engineering projects throughout Turkey including Kayseri, Yozgat, Izmir, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kirklareli and Van. * Projects involved vary from commercial to industrial, such as Tripoli's biggest mosque construction, renovation of boilers in a factory, water treatment plants, district cooling plants, light weight underground transportation system and underground car parking structures, large scale housing complexes and Ireland's biggest transmission station and pharmaceutical plants, infrastructure of 18 hole golf course, steel rolling mill plant and multi-billion Dollar oil refinery and related marine structures as examples.
