In 3 months I wrote the FY2017 sampling plan for the Quality Rater's annual survey which assesses the conformance of the medical clinicians adherence to the standard operation procedures in the administration of the VHA 2507 disability medical examination. I also responded to physician's and administrative hospital staff's ad-hoc information and statistical analysis requests. Statistician III (emergency short-term contract to hire on-site at Ethicon) Kaztronix, McLean, VA December 2010 - April 2011 In 9 months I developed a series of statistical analysis methods progressing in complexity as a procedural goals for an aircraft's program to survey the on-board flight instrument's data, scoring the results, thus making a real-time estimate of the aircraft's continued viability.
