(former USSR) - Managed Maintenance of plants implementing IBM Maximo system for work management, inventory control, purchasing and preventive maintenance. - Made spare parts lists for 2 years spares for various rotary and other machines - Addressed concerns such as failure codes, asset specifications, prioritization matrix, regulatory compliance and condition of work. - Condition monitoring of Rotary and Stationary Equipment - Efficiency check on energy consumers and heat transfer equipment - Planning and works scheduling and preparation of parts and materials for the First Turn Around - Executed the First Turn Around succesfully in scheduled time. - Studied impact of new environmental condition and de-rated performance at higher ambient conditions and how to set it off. - Decided after due study the B.L Tie-ins and Utilities Plants capacities with help of Lurgi of Germany. - Made plants layouts on new site. - Made Contracts for re-location Engineering and execution with Simon Carves.
