The move included the planning and preparation for the resulting all systems downtime. The data center was successfully moved to the new location on schedule (less than 24 hours) and now sits well inland and above sea level. * Created C.A.R.E.S. as Chair of Falmouth Hospital Customer Service Committee, which was later adopted as the customer service approach for all of Cape Cod Healthcare. Customer satisfaction in the form of C.A.R.E.S. became a cornerstone of corporate customer service and is a required part of new and continuing employee orientation. * Planned, wrote and implemented Security Policies and Procedures to ensure corporate compliance with HIPAA. Continued monitoring and editing policies and procedures to maintain that compliance. * Served on the selection, planning and implementation team for the migration to an automated time and attendance system for the corporation.
