I directly supervised 12-ten man crews as a civil superintendent and have managed a 12 man project controls team on successful Pharmaceutical projects. The projects I have worked on have varied in size from $2m to $3.2b. A portion of my career has been rescuing troubled projects and developing plans to execute a recovery effort. This varied experience has also supported considerable success supporting business development efforts.
