ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Developed and launched a comprehensive cross divisional structure change to a division resulting in revenue growth from $20M in 2013 to $115M in 2016. * Spearheaded the implementation of a scheduling and billing system to 85 branches. * Directed a Philippine outsourcing strategy for certain business segments resulting in reduced costs and increased efficiencies. * Oversaw the proposal process and subsequent award of multiple significant contracts, one of which was a government contract generating $28M in revenue in 2016, including post award program management and fulfillment. * Led the successful acquisition and integration of three companies and the divestiture of one company.
