Career Summary: * Thirty five years of progressive IT experience in the areas of H/W, S/W, Networking, IT Operations management, Operations Solutions, Production management, Project Management, IT- Services/Infrastructure management, Systems Set-up and IT strategic planning. * More than 20 years as IT-Project Delivery Manager of different types of IT - Solutions/Projects. * Change control, Problem analysis and Creating processes and procedures were some of the areas of expertise. * Managing Billing & Customer Care applications for GSM operators is an experience gained from working on two different platforms with two different GSM operators. * Gained substantial experience in numerous IBM Platforms/products e.g. Z/OS, CICS, DB2 z/WAS and most of the IBM-H/W platforms, Z-series, P-series, I-series and X-series. * Gained significant experience with HP9000 and HPUX / Oracle world, as they were parts of my previous projects. * Also experienced in the areas of organizing and conducting training in various disciplines of information technology (mainly Operations and Networking). * I gained reasonable people management skills from handling several operation teams as well as project teams. * Attended many IBM classes on Program/Complex Projects Management, managing by projects, Risk management, subcontractors management vendors management, etc. * I can fit as ' Service Delivery Manager ' for variety of platforms.
