Performed NRC Licensing for Medical Isotope facility. Demonstrated project/program leadership includes performing all areas of project management engineering with multi-disciplinary engineering construction teams on large complex industrial projects. Significant experience with EPC programs, customer relationships, regulatory agencies (city/county/state) business development and certified in six sigma program. Demonstrated ability to communicate program/projects to public and share holders in large complex projects and high level of expertise on industry codes& standards
