Summary of Qualifications: In public service for 38 years locally and internationally. A B.S. from Columbus College and a Masters degree from Columbus State University & Command College. Upon leaving the local government in 1999 have been working for the Department of State in a Police training mission in Yugoslavia, The International Criminal Tribunal@ Yugoslavia. I have also worked with the U.S.; Department of State with the Department of Defense with the Mission in Iraq training intelligence and counter intelligence officers in their duties. I was requested by the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the senior management instructor- trainer for the upper eschalon of The Macedonian Nation Police. I developed courses specifically designed for current issued that arouse in Macedonia and issues around the world pertinent to current affairs.
