To be a valuable asset as a Corporate Trainer for any organization who strives for having a successful, realistic, current and consistent customer service delivery. My passion is teaching/training others on this basic skill that many lack of. I can achieve this by teaching in a classroom/group format as well as providing one-on-one training to the staff on-site. I will adapt and convey the policies and procedures in place while on-boarding, provided software, handbooks or in a classroom presentation. I will undertake the existing data and protocols "that work for you" and educate and train new hires and/or existing personnel. pERSONAL BACKGROUND & AVAILABILITY Taking care of my family and my job have always been my two priorities in life. If my skills can be used 200% without neglecting either party, my commitment & dedication "it's all yours". I am available during both, day time and evening hours. I am fluent in Spanish, if bilingual skills were necessary. I can write, speak and read in Spanish. My educational and personal background consists of 100% hospitality primarily Hotels & Spas. I am a multi-tasker, I love to train and model the company's customer service standards. I build relationships at multiple levels to support a great team member working environment while delivering excellent customer service.
