Description
05001 Run payroll for clients and file payroll tax & benefits payments * Audit and reconcile clients' tax reports, sent them to the IRS * Maintain and sent out clients' 401K IRA and other benefits * Run w-2s and w-3s for clients at the end of year * Post all the journal entries to General Ledger and reconcile accounts' balance * Pay all the office bills and take care vendor files * Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports with federal and other banks
