QUALIFICATIONS * More than 20 years' experience in primary care * Over 27 years' experience in the healthcare industry at different levels of responsibility * Professional, self-motivated and reliable, able to communicate and maintain effective rapport and all levels * Flexible, open to change and adaptable to a variety of environments and stressful situations * Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills * Proficient in performing in-office procedures i.e. arthrocentesis, TPI, minor procedures (suturing, lesion removal/biopsy, I&D) * Function independently and in conjunction with a physician and nursing staff
