Profile Dedicated manager and engineer with excellent technical, analytical and communication skills demonstrated by 23+ years of experience in quality field of manufacturing companies working with design, manufacturing, process and application engineers, as well as fellow employees, customers and suppliers through all departments and employment status, using university education as a metallurgical engineer, supplementing a work history on family owned fruit orchards in Chelan and Wenatchee. Currently transitioning career away from instability of general manufacturing in North Central Washington to a more reliable profession. Accomplishments In 1998 helped company become ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified and helped maintain certification on a yearly basis since. These certifications were realized through combined efforts of creating procedures, training, conducting audits and performing action tasks to correct and/or prevent problems. Since 2001, have helped obtain and maintain many customers' certifications of company's special processes including laser welding, soldering, plating, chemical coating and cleaning. These were achieved through similar functions as described above. By obtaining and maintaining these customer approvals, we were able to have additional customers approve our and use our processes, saving extra time and efforts of further reviews. Since 2014 helped company maintain ISO 9001, AS9100, TS-16949 System certifications, as well as NADCAP accreditations for two separate groups of special processing.
