COVER LETTER: To whom it may concern: I have worked with Terry Bond at United Health Group for 13+ years. In the years I have worked with him, Terry has proven to be a dependable and loyal person to have on your team. Terry has a vast amount of knowledge in batch scheduling. He has had to learn new processes and new tools to do his work. He is a quick learner. He enjoys and embraces learning even when it results in change. Terry's skills are broad. He is very technical. His skills are, but not limited to, being able to schedule batch effectively on multiple scheduling tools troubleshooting issues of all kinds and documenting and training others. Terry is a thoughtful person and tends to think outside the box when finding resolutions to issues. He is very thorough dependable wants the best for the customers he is in contact with (Our customer was IT developers) assists in problem solving and raises issues to find resolutions and explanations. He is curious, has a positive attitude, very good customer service skills, and quality output. He approaches tasks with a 'can do' attitude.
