Programs operated within a $1.5 million budget, supported 800 youth and employed 45 professionals. * Managed a team that was identified by the City of Philadelphia as a model program resulting in several contracted organizations being trained under current model. * Establishment of core teams led to the reduction of non-participatory youth via early intervention needs assessments. Youth elimination (failure to adjust) dropped to 8% during the first quarter of monitoring, down from 35%.
