ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Standardization of Corporate policies across a field of twenty-six acute care facilities nationwide * Development of policy model resulting in flexibility of implementation allowing for standardized corporate directive and a facility specific procedure. * Development of Corporate Core Measure and HCAPS reporting tool resulting is more efficient reporting utilizing Midas Data Management Systems * Development of training and education policy launch initiatives resulting in increased effectual and expedient implementation * Coordination of efforts with Regulatory/Accreditation team to highlight prioritized governing needs bridged with field specific expectations NORTHEAST TREATMENT CENTERS, Philadelphia, PA 1995 - 2011 Unit Director, Juvenile Justice and Prevention Services Assistant Unit Director, Juvenile Justice Treatment Services Program Director, Community Based Residential Services Manage and develop six (6) youth and family programs serving 1100 youth annually 2 Residential and 4 Community Based. Collaboration with the City of Philadelphia, the PA Department of Welfare, The Department of Human Services, Community Behavioral Health and the School District of Philadelphia. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Led the expansion of services within the division resulting in increased revenue of $2.8 million * Designed, coordinated and implemented city contracted services which resulted in a 50% increase in consumer affiliation and employment of 52 additional professional staff. * Planned, coordinated and managed the expansion of community based service interfacing with the City of Philadelphia, the School District of Philadelphia and the PA Department of Public Welfare. Programs operated within a $1.5 million budget, supported 800 youth and employed 45 professionals. * Managed a team that was identified by the City of Philadelphia as a model program resulting in several contracted organizations being trained under current model. * Establishment of core teams led to the reduction of non-participatory youth via early intervention needs assessments. Youth elimination (failure to adjust) dropped to 8% during the first quarter of monitoring, down from 35%.
