Description
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS - Effective Management Improved efficiency of an E2C program by aligning personnel strengths with projects specifics. Brought an over-budget, behind-schedule E2C program to compliance through assessment and cost-avoidance studies. Captured $400K and returned program back to original completion date. In transition to F-22 production, reduced backlog of EMD change requests (CR's) and engineering investigation requests (EIR's) 80% by establishing a web page for company and vendor tracking. Expense Reduction Responsible for transfer of composite mfg. to another location rather than build a new facility, saved $45M. * Part of 5 person team to renegotiate the Composite Pivot Shaft production contract, saved $7M. * Lowered the cost of horizontal tails $300K per unit and inlet lips $150K per unit by redesign and reducing scrap.
