Set up and operated mobile command centers including MCOVs. * As a former primary member of the National Emergency Management Team (NEMT), and current, senior Operations Watch Officer with the Denton MERS detachment I am involved with a variety of sensitive, national security issues. * Extremely knowledgeable of COP Continuity of Presidency and COOP Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans and operations. * Former Air Force Liaison to the Washington DC Mayor's Command Post. * Extensive management and supervisory experience gained in the US Air Force. Managed diverse programs, including security, planning, response and recovery, training, exercise/evaluation and quality assurance. Supervised over 40 Specialized disaster preparedness team members and technicians.
