Summary Throughout my professional career, I achieved compliance to the customer's contract and to the company's policy, practices and procedures. To accomplish this assurance, I generated company work flows, operating procedures and instructions. I developed process flows for the review and the implementation of the contract. I administered the specifics of a contract to departments that are responsible for the completion of the tasks. This process had been audited and approved by the company's ISO auditor. I have worked in the satellite communication industry since 1986 and have advanced from entry level technician, field services, test manager, project manager to contract manager.
