Summary: 4 years of experience as a QA/Support Analyst in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process and Expertise in L1 L2 support and QA activities * 4 years of experience in the Information Technology as a support engineer * In depth experience in change management activities, specifically relating to process documentation raising RFC and documenting various test cases * Well Acquainted with the whole software development life cycle and agile process * Experienced in both functional and technical aspects of a product development lifecycle. * Experienced in handling incident management and service desk tickets. * Knowledge on the problem and change management activities. * Strong client and team interfacing skills * Proven planning, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills * Fast learner * Experienced in capturing meeting minutes * Experienced in managing the testing activities of a project and well verse with the various documentation involved with a release. * Good Experience in Manual and Automation testing Using QTP. * Good Experience in using Quality Center for test management, defect tracking, and reporting tool. * Expertise in preparing Test Plan, Test Summary Reports, Test Cases and Test Scripts for Automated and Manual testing based on the User Requirement Document and System Requirement documents for the Functional, System, Performance, Integration, Regression and UAT testing. * Proficient in Black Box, and White Box Testing. * Complete and thorough testing for the entire software life cycle and across legacy, client server and web platforms. Including version and change control. * Extensively used SQL queries to interact and verify data in database. * Experience in Designing, Development, Testing and Implementation on technologies like .Net and SQL Server * Strong expertise in MS suite like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office Professional, and MS Outlook. * Expertise in Problem solving and Bug Reports using Bug Tracking Tools. * Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems. * Excellent inter personal and communication skills with the flexibility of working both individually and as a team member.
