Profile: As my resume will indicate, the many years in the construction industry has provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the position I am currently seeking. Working in residential, commercial and industrial sectors, has given me vast experience and many accomplishments. A history of strong work habits and maintaining good relationships with associates and clients is an important tool in my successful career. I like to think I am an out of the box thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Perhaps my biggest asset to a growing dynamic company is my ability to tutor and train young ambitious associates. Although my main area of expertise is in estimating and budgeting, I have also completed many projects in the role of construction manager. I am particularly proficient with hard bidding and skilled in selling the company profile during the selection process.
