Seeking the opportunity to lead and/or support the leader of a successful HR division Management Developed the Human Resources Division, with growth from a single city operation to a four (4) state operation: Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina. Managed a team of more than thirty (30) Human Resources professionals and eight Regional Human Resources Managers. Communication Excellent oral and written communications skills. Direct work with legal counsel in preparation for litigation, responses to inquiries and other communications necessary for the maintenance and integrity of the company's business interests.
