Plan execute * Successfully managed and developed new set of operating parameters following a 40 percent reduction in IT workforce in 2014 with a 20 percent increase of end-users across Louisiana and Mississippi. Worked closely with the organization's centralized service desk to streamlined remote troubleshooting procedures enabling local staff to focus on providing hands-on physical support and one-on-one end-user training. Through these efforts the IT staff closed over 12,000 IT service requests across a two state region with a 96 percent user satisfaction rating. * Identified training deficiencies for both Information's Systems Technicians and Electronic Equipment Technicians, and worked with regional managers to secure funding for the training to be conducted yearly. The additional training was incorporated and made available to over 300 technicians across a 26 state region. * Discovered the organizational process guide outlining yearly maintenance requirements on ship board information systems was obsolete. Following the documentation improvement process procedures initiated modernize of the process guide to reflect current ship board system configurations with updated maintenance procedures. The updated process documentation reduced maintenance times by 24 man hours on each platform.
