Professional Summary: * Over 8 years of experience in the Development and Implementation of Data Warehousing with information Power Center, OLTP and OLAP using Data Extraction, Transformation, Loading and Analysis in various domains like Banking, healthcare, Insurance and retail. * Experienced in working with Informatica Power Center 9.x/8.x/7.x versions. * Extensive experience in requirements gathering from business users to create Functional Specification Document (FSD), logical and physical data models. * Strong Experience in Data Analysis, requirements gathering, code development, System Integration Testing (SIT) and Unit testing. * Experience in working with Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza, DB2, and Teradata databases. * Expert in integration of Informatica with various data sources like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Teradata. * Worked in design and development of data movement framework from disparate sources like SQL Server, Teradata and Mysql into Hadoop * Worked in a migration project to replace business critical Data ware housing System to Hadoop. * Experience in working with transformations like Source Qualifier, Unconnected/Connected Lookup, Filter, Expression, Router, Normalizer, Joiner, Update Strategy, Rank, Aggregator, Stored Procedure, Sorter, Sequence Generator and XML Source Qualifier. * Experience in working with XML files, fixed width and delimited flat files. * Extensive experience in implementing SCD Type 1 and SCD Type 2 as per the requirements. * Proficient in implementing Change data capture (CDC) for data warehousing. * Expertise in Informatica performance tuning at Source, Target, Mapping and Session level. * Experience in designing data models using Star Schema, Snowflake, Normalization forms. * Experience in SQL Tuning of the relational databases and Worked extensively with Stored Procedures, Triggers, Cursors, Indexes and Functions. * Experience working with Teradata utilities like BTEQ scripting, fast Load and Multi Load. * Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Crystal reports and Unix Shell Scripting and working knowledge of various platforms like Windows [ ] Sun Solaris, HP-UX, and Unix-AIX * Experience in scheduling of jobs by using tools like ControlM, Autosys, Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) and Tidal. * Excellent Informatica Administration skills like installing & configuring Informatica Power Center, maintaining security, code deployment, server maintenance. * Experience in Working under SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of complete SDLC including Requirement analysis and gathering, Project Management, Design, implementation, development and Testing. * Good Exposure in Business Intelligence tools. * Basic knowledge on other ETL tools. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressures coordinating multiple tasks in project environment, excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills. * Experience in providing after hours and on-call support.
