Summary of Document Control Manager Qualifications Develop, build and, maintain document control relationship between all departments Coordination and correlation of best practices for documentation submittals with Contractor Consistent cooperative interaction with all departments Development of a document control system from concept to full development Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals Planned and scheduled project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Assist in development of best practices for the system's adoption and operational use Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment Maintains correspondence received and transmitted externally/internally ensuring they are registered, numbered, distributed, controlled and archived Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multi-task and be flexible Willingness to travel in support of project activity where required Managed a team of document control administrators Coordinated efforts of multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of document deliverables trained employees and management trainees Full range of management duties in document control on previous jobs.
