Accomplishments: * Quickly moved up the ranks to become a Lead Engineer in my first engineering position. In my previous position, I was promoted to Project Engineer within two years. I am able to learn the needs of the company and quickly deliver results. Today I am a strong Project Engineer ready to grow once more. * Managed projects that have earned over $15 Million Dollars for industrial clients around the globe. * Created innovative and patentable assemblies for the Petrochemical Industry that brought in over a million dollars in sales. * Designed and implemented Capital Projects while using continuous improvement techniques. Produced custom motor test stands, high pressure test benches and fixtures to expedite the production process at a lower cost. process strengths: * Adept with the use of many joining processes including arc welding, silver soldering, and furnace brazing. * Excellent at selecting the proper materials for strength, corrosion and high temperature use. This includes controlling exotic steel properties using heat treatment practices. * NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) practices including X-ray, hydrostatic, PMI, dye penetrant testing, etc. * Able to personally direct the machining and assembly process on all designs created.
