Concerned with the safety of all concerned within the project, providing a safe and effective foundation to the project success. * Proven ability to manage and negotiate contractual requirements and vendor quotations effectively with customers, subcontractors and vendors. * Numerous deployments have provided a deep background experience to establish an effective lean supply chain management system for any geographic region, worldwide. * Can provide assurance that the logistical management of materials and resources is capable of efficient project delivery and available for emergency maintenance, ongoing project requirements and planned upgrades. * Proven ability to write clear documentation and presentations in several languages to engage project stakeholders and workers at all levels to effectively create a safe and healthy working environment from top to bottom, throughout the entire project life cycle. * Effective Time management to ensure that all planned network expansion, upgrades, testing and sector optimization are completed on schedule. * MS Office expert including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Access. (Currently studying R, MapR Transact SQL, Hadoop). * Implementation of risk management processes to manage any activities which may jeopardize the integrity of the network not conform to project specifications or fail to meet safety requirements. * Ensure that staff competency training adheres to the convergent technological challenges of future enterprise objectives. * Effectively manage stakeholder communications, create and deliver clear and precise presentations effectively keeping all stakeholders, project management teams and workers at all levels aware of relevant issues per level of responsibility and engagement within the constraints of project scope, time, safety, budget, and quality. * Manage and supervise subcontractors and construction managers to ensure adherence to project constraints and quality. * Instill a high level of motivation and enhancement of team spirit and coherence from stakeholder to subcontractor labor force. * Proven project management skills.
