Responsible for, Assistant Resident District Manager, 14 unit managers, 14 assistant managers, 5 office associates, and ultimately responsible for approximately 132 hourly team members. * Conducted weekly staff meetings attended monthly conferences and made decisions concerning the improvement to business processes and daily operations. * Maintained and improved existing relations between the client and Chartwells while forming new relationships within the schools. * Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, labor control costs, food costs, and overall financials of the 14 schools in Desoto Independent School District. * Oversaw all catering operations directly involved with Desoto Independent School District, and also any private catering events not only in Desoto but surrounding communities as well. * Implemented new Chartwells standards throughout the entire school district successfully as it was a new contract for the school district. the multi-unit management of 13 food service operations that service DC Public Schools with approximately 7,231 students. * Successfully directed 13 supervisors and ultimately responsible for approximately 76 employees. Managed weekly inventory payroll labor and ordering all product. * Planned and coordinated purchasing food planning preparation and serving inventory cleaning and maintenance of sanitary standards in the preparation areas kitchens serving and dining areas of the department. * Managed shift schedules and coverage for each school. * Reviewed menus and made changes while planning menus and preparing projected menu plans. Also interpreted recipes modified diet plans and proper portion control in accordance with approved policy. * Analyzed food costs and assisted with departmental budget issues. * Implemented measures to improve productivity by providing detailed day-to-day schedules with clear roles and responsibilities for staff. * Supervised the collection and maintenance of all records required by governmental guidelines set forth for school food service. *
