QUALIFICATION SUMMARY * 12 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation of software applications. * Relevant experience in configuration management of managing user change request to baseline requirements. * Strong experience with customer support services for IT Operations including service desk, Tier I and Tier II * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely while dealing with enterprise and government clients.
