QUALIFICATIONS I have 26 years of civil engineering experience relative to managing roadway projects/ infrastructure and providing engineering support to US military bases overseas. In Texas, my experience includes design of Federal, State and local government transportation projects such as Metro - Transit Rail Systems and HOV Lane Networks, City of Houston Capital traffic signalization, County roads design/ infrastructure and traffic signalization, and Port of Houston paving and storm drainage systems. I have been a key engineer in preparing design drawings for commercial and industrial land development. While overseas, for the US Army (Iraq), I engineered the design drawings related to land development and infrastructure (electrical services, potable water, storm water and sanitary systems) for military and civilian living support areas, provided steel and wood structures calculations, foundation design for military warehouses, flexible pavement design for military roads,
