Recruitments. * Well Experience in the water supply distribution network, RO plants, sewerage network, STP, Stormwater, irrigation, Power distribution, 33/11 KV substation, HV/LV cabling, OHL lines, Tel Network, CCTV, Street lighting. of 10 * Allocation of service corridor alignment with road developments, shifting of existing services, diversion plans of existing traffic roads with coordination with authorities. * Project Planning & Execution for MEP services for High rise 20 to 40 story tower, industrial, residential, Hospital, Hotel and commercial buildings, Coordination of MEP services, Preparation of project program in coordination with the civil program for Building, Infrastructure and U&S projects. * Experienced in STP, Sewerage networks for townships (project with MRMEW), Water supply (PAEW), HT projects consist of 33KV 11KV primary substations transmission lines, towers, U/G cable works, street lighting etc (DPC, RAECO, MAJAN, MEDC, Mazoon in Oman) * Experienced in Cost control, manpower utilisation, Quantity Surveying, issuing notifications & claims as per FIDIC and project contract condition, interpreting contract specifications and evaluate approvals for forwarding claim notifications, efficient management by strategic planning, acquiring new business development opportunity, monitoring the progress of projects, Verifying progress bill and final account. * Liaisons with Client, Consultants, Authorities like DEWA, Dubai Municipality, TECOM, Civil Defense, ETISALAT, DU, EMPOWER for various project completion. * Projects completed with Authorities and ministries MEDC, MAJAN, MAZOON, DPC, REACO, MRMEW, PAEW, ROP, DGR, MOH, MOD, RAFO, PASI, ARAMCO, SCECO etc. * Sub Contracting, Negotiating with client and Suppliers, Achieving the Financial Targets, Represents Company, achieving client satisfaction and protect the company's interests etc. * Execution of District Cooling Plant, CHWP network, installation of ETS rooms, Cooling towers, Heat Exchangers, 11KV Chiller installation, chilled water pumps & piping, FAHU, AHU, FCU installations, chemical treatment of chilled water, condenser water system, flow parameters, Air balancing etc with the contract specification and authority requirements. BTU meter installation and its integration. * Installation of MLV, LV Panels, Electrical Power distribution system, Preparation of Load Schedule, Electrical Drawings, Distribution substation RMU & Transformer installation, 33 KV primary substation and up-gradation works etc. * Coordination of MEP services with internal fit outs, interior and fall ceilings layout for a building project, Preparation, Monitoring the project using MS project and Primavera. * Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of Electrical equipment in large Chemical Plant.
