SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Executive Management Skills: Effective communicator as management at an executive level with strong organizational and problem solving skills with proven abilities to liaise with various departments, institutions (providers), insurance companies, unions, and the public to raise awareness and bring support to facilities. Worked with the medical and behavioral health, care coordination and outreach departments to select, implement, train, and design EHR templates to improve internal and external communications, referrals, follow-ups, quality of care, as well as patient and employee satisfaction and experience at health centers. Assured that policies and procedures and training programs meet the regulatory requirements for EHR security, HIPPA and protection of Patient Health Information (PHI). Additionally I oversaw the implantation and successfully awarded Level III Patient Center Medical Home Recognition (PCMH) at 22 sites across the country including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and American Samoa.
