Developed strategic and operational plans for CDC that mapped out detailed action plans for the public against the threats of exposure to H1N1-Influenza virus, H5N1-Avian Influenza virus, Small Pox, Chicken Pox, Monkey Pox virus, terrorist accidents / incidents and how to respond to a release of these biological agents. * Led the team on the tasks to draft composite contingency plans, reviews, recommendations, and responses on terrorism missions for Federal Government Agencies, State, local, and tribal agencies, including law enforcement involvement at all levels. * Conducted and prepared special studies and plans for the U.S. Public Health, CDC, and Senior Executive Service (SES) level management leaders outlining emergency response procedures and operations for each of these respective organizations. * Prepared the Center's plans to support the funeral logistics of the former President Gerald Ford. Served as Lead POC for the CDC on this mission task, and worked directly with the Department of Health and Human Services coordinating all efforts with the Secret Service, the White House Security Operations, including other federal government agencies involved in the logistical planning of this event. * Coordinated the movement of a portion of the CDC's National Stock Pile (NSP) of medical equipment and supplies to assist in any response to potential terrorist threats (or attacks) with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction (CBRN WMD). * Prepared CDC plans to support the provision of the necessary medical stockpile of critical medical equipment and services in support of the Homeland Security protection tasks for the U.S. National Capital (Washington, DC) and the Super Bowl XLII venue during this event. * Developed the plan to deploy CDC personnel during Tuberculosis and E-Coli incidents in California, Michigan, and Georgia Designed championed and implemented several operational plans to support the CDC's domestic and international public health missions to safeguard public health safety such as the E. coli threat anthrax threat within the Postal System H5N1-Avian Virus and H1N1-Influenza Virus potential pandemic scares of the years 2007 and 2008.
