KEY QUALIFICATIONS * Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance Certificant ID 635593) * Active Department of Defense Clearance (Current DTRA 6 Badge) * Seasoned leader/director/manager with ability to articulate (written and verbal) at the most senior level * Extensive experience working with agility and maintaining a perceptible sense of calm under extreme pressure with short deadlines in highly stressful, fast-paced environments to include combat command * Broad practical experience with executive-level briefing, facilitation, and conflict management * Proficiency with Microsoft products (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Demonstrated ability to see things in depth and anticipate what may be approaching * Extensive expertise in change management, project and program management, international level contingency program development, and risk management
