PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: * Over 4 years of Techno-Functional experience in install, deploy and configure Enterprise Management systems with development skills and expertise in operation and monitoring of continuous/high-availability information systems architectures * Extensive working knowledge in telecom domain in OSS/BSS area. * Strong knowledge on NMS/EMS domain and have very good exposure on IBM Tivoli Netcool Suite of product. * Involved in designing Netcool Multitier architecture as per environment. Worked on various probes like Mttrapd, Corba, CiscoApic, and Syslog. * Strong hands on in Rules file development for various Omnibus probes. Good exposure on SNMP MIB to rules converting and configuring the rules as per the requirement. Ability to write and customize Probe rules file as per requirement. * Experience in writing triggers for automation in Netcool/Omnibus, Have good hands on creation of view/filters, dashboards in Netcool/WebGui. * Worked on gateway configurations, Remedy-Netcool gateway end to end project. * Having strong base on Objectserver activities like creating users, groups, assigning roles. * Extensive knowledge on writing Netcool impact policies for event enrichment and other features like creation of data source, data types, configuring maintenance windows, enabling log archiving features. * Strong base on troubleshooting various Netcool suite products on Unix/windows platform. * Have good experience in integrating Netcool suite products with various NMS/EMS products for ticketing, reporting and other features. * Update regularly the HLD, LLD, SAD document whenever there is any change in the environment. Also prepared multiple knowledge sharing documents for new hires in the account. * Highly interactive with European clients on daily basis and good appreciations by client side. * Able to explain technical things to non-technical people. * Good exposure in people management role and team leading activities, excellent analytical skills. * Involved in all the phases of software project life cycle for Netcool implementation. * Good Exposure to Alarm management, Alarm correlation, Fault management * Good team player with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills * Full Enterprise Management system implementation project life cycle experience including Netcool/Omnibus .v7.4, 8.1 ITNM v3.9, Netcool/Impact 5.1,7.1 * Experience in installation and configuration of Netcool OMNIbus components, rules development for Probes, Writing Automations Technical:
