Africa. Recruited NREL Energy Company and the S. African company Eskom to participate as sponsors for the Renewable Energy component of the project. Responsible for annual reports, budget and day to day operation including managing coordinators, staff and students. * Trained faculty and staff in technology transfer at the University Autonomo in Torreon Mexico and University of Veracruz, Xalapa, Mexico.
