Professional Summary * 7 years of Quality Assurance experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Financial Services (Banking) domain Experience in both Manual and Automation testing. * Extensive experience in Manual/Automated testing, Web application testing, Web Services testing, XML testing, Database Testing, and SAP Testing. * Experience in test management tools HP Quality Center/ALM and JIRA. * Experience in Automation testing by Analyzing and Executing Automated Test Scripts using SAHI tool and Soap UI and basic understanding of Selenium * Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), Bug Life Cycle & its different phases. * Experience in creating test plans, developing test scenarios, writing and executing test cases, developing test scripts, and test results reports for manual as well as automated testing for various applications to ensure proper business compliance. * Proficient in Requirements gathering, Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management Life Cycle. * Experience on GUI, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, end to end, User Acceptance and performance testing. * Experience in performing database testing and working with SQL queries in Oracle Database. * Interact with Customer into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and tracking the issues to completion. * Experience of working in SDLC methodologies such as waterfall and Agile/SCRUM development environments. * Experience in eCommerce, Retail Banking, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Supply Chain Management and Configuration Management * Testing Mobile Applications on Devices like iPhone, IPAD and Samsung tablets with OS version Android 2.3 and above and IOS 4.x, 5.x * Testing e-commerce mobile applications like B2C and B2B in Mobile devices (IOS and Android) * Extensively involved in UAT testing with internal and external Customers * Experience in documenting the testing process using MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, and MS-Project. * Self-starter with ability to work independently and work with remote teams in different locations. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-application work streams toward testing task completion. * Interact with the BA's, Developers and PMs to contribute to the delivery of the project schedule by preparing test estimates and test deliverables. * Review and analyze the business requirements and specifications to validate the testability and identify the testing requirements. * Ensure completion of all required test documentation including test scripts/cases, traceability matrixes, test schedule, test results and test status. * Possess strong problem analysis skills with the ability to quickly master new concepts and application technologies. * Possess excellent analytical skills combined with good communication and organization skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can work effectively in cross-functional team environments and experience of providing training to business users. * Highly motivated team player with strong communication, analytical, documentation and organizational skills.
