Experience Summary * Overall 11+ years of IT experience working as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst. * Extensive Project Management experience working with financial and insurance clients. * Experience in business systems analysis, design, project management using the Method1, SDLC 2.0 Waterfall/Agile methodologies. * Equally effective organizational leadership, team-building, and project management experience - introducing out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving analysis to improve processes, systems, and methodologies currently in place to exceed business goals and to perpetually delight shareholders and customers. * Extensive qualifications in all facets of project lifecycle development- from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through documentations, implementation, and user training/enhancement. * Strong experience and knowledge of business processes, business process modeling, business process integration and business process reengineering aiming at improvements by means of elevating efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that existed within and across organizations. * Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Iterative Software Development Life Cycle Process and Rational Unified Process (RUP) * Strong experience in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD), Joint Applications Requirements (JAR) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) sessions. * Strong experience in creating and executing Test Cases and Test Plans. * Strong experience in performing functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing. * Strong ability to gather business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions through interviews, NetMeeting, questionnaire, video conferencing, JAD sessions and conference calls. * Creative, very good problem solving skills can work independently as well as in a team. * Exceptional verbal and written skills coupled with leadership ability.
