SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * 10 years of experience in IT industry covering all stages of SDLC having domain expertise in Telecom, Retail, Insurance, Banking, E-commerce, Data Warehousing / ETL industries. * For over 8 years I worked with HCL Technologies as a Technical Lead, with an expertise in web based and client/server applications, Front end / Back end testing, enterprise applications and database testing. * Proven track record of handling different QA teams working on Manual, Functional, UAT, Automation Performance testing projects following Scrum/Agile methodologies. * Expertise in Test planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Resource allocation, Onsite and Offshore coordination. * * Proficiency in requirement gathering identifying, documenting and analyzing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Use Case documents mainly but not limited to web based and client/server apps. * Prepare Test report Metrics, Defect Analysis & Management, Release management, Traceability metrics, Test Plan, Test Strategies. * * Collaborate with cross functional team include developers, project managers, program managers product management and other stake holders to deliver results in an Agile environment. * Develop test framework to identify defects and system failures, create regression test suites, manual/functional test case libraries, system integration process maps, QA roadmap, and extensive QA/test documentation. * Experience in writing and maintaining complex SQL / Oracle queries. Experience in C# coding for 1 year. * Experience in Configuration management and change management. * Proven track record of handling Automation projects using Quality Center (10, 11 (ALM)), JIRA, Clear Quest, SQL server, Oracle. * Hands on experience in Supply Chain Management System, SOAPUI, SOA * Extensive experience in database testing viz. multiple Relational Databases (RDBMS) like Oracle, SQL Server, Db2, Teradata, MS Access, Flat Files and XML files and VSAM files * Analytical and problem solving skills to ensure no roadblocks and smooth delivery. * Experience in writing and executing test cases using QTP and Selenium.
