SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Fundamental accounting knowledge of FAR, CAS, GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, financial statements, taxation, as well as cash receipt journals, cash payment journals, purchase journals, sales journals, and property management. * Private, Public, Non-Profit, and Governmental accounting experience. * DCAA audit A133 annual audit, Form 990, Form 941 & 940. Familiarity with CPFF, T&M, Fixed Price and IDIQ contracts (Implementation thru Base Year to last Option Year and/or contract extension. Setting up customers and jobs in various acctg. systems. * Familiarity/experience with government LOIA's, contract MOD's, and COTR relations. * Experience with internal financial & performance audits, and with preparation/coordination of external audits. * Strong budgeting & forecasting, variance reporting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Amortization Schedules, Windows NT Network Administration, Oracle, Cognos, Applications Desktop Integrator, Advantage, PeopleSoft, People Tools, Realworld, MRI, Peachtree, QuickBooks, Quicken, Timberline, Deltek GCS Premier, AccountMate, CostPoint, MAS90-200, Pro Series Fixed Asset Manager (FAM), Unanet, Ultipro, Vision, PayPlans, Joomla, Ceridian PayAmerica, ADP, PayChoice, and Paychex.
