Description
Summary Senior Manager, Engineering & Project Management with Broadcom (Avago/LSI Corporation). Responsible, oversee and manage the overall functional department and program management team and delivery of large / cross-functional projects including scope, schedule, risk, issues and budget etc. within a matrixed organization as follow: Lead and provide engineering department with combination of technical working knowledge, leadership skills, experiences and responsibilities to manage people, product, budget & process activities on medium to large scale development programs. Lead and provide overarching program/project management and governance including creating integrated schedules, running cross functional status meetings, tracking cross-team dependencies and managing program level risks and issues with stakeholders. Work hand-in-hand with Business Unit on product roadmaps, feature prioritization and cross-team communications
