Summary I have been an Insurance Adjuster for over 35 years. I have a Texas Insurance Adjuster multi-line license. I am also speak English and Spanish. I present reports to clients and handle issues and complaints for insureds and claimants. I write and review auto, dwelling and commercial estimates for damages. I also use judgment regarding property damage and engage in negotiations to resolve problems with dwelling and commercial owners per office/company procedures. I have served on ARB for Nueces County. I conducted and coordinate loss prevention training for van safety and safety meetings and company wide Risk Management policies. Also conducted OSHA facility risk audits and inspections on all company owned properties. Also attended mediations on behalf of clients.
