Experienced with Work Force Analyst sales data reporting including familiarity with measuring performance within the sales department using benchmark metrics which include but are not limited to: conversion rates, upsells, telephone aux and average call handle time and sales metrics performance review. * Exclusively responsible for assigned Call Center Representative monthly work scheduling pertaining to weekly, paid time off, vacation, compensation time and floating holidays to ensure proper sales force coverage of all shifts. * Assisted Supervisors with Team meetings and communications from District Managers regarding new product information, pricing changes, inventory issues, order cancellations, and provided addition training/ "Side-by-Side" sales coaching and mentoring with representatives that demonstrate below performance per the monthly sales quota. * Conducted monthly remote coaching/evaluation sessions per recorded calls of representatives to ensure set sales script and call metrics are followed by representatives and scorecard evaluations are above 75% or apply personalized coaching / follow-up as needed. * Developed new training/coaching materials and strategies for regular call center workshops based on my observations of current Call Center Expectancies per need for more focus on soft selling capabilities, customer service enhancement and cold calling preparation for representatives that currently have outbound call leads.
