Provided Developed and coordinated InSight services at the three school based clinics. Marketed the program to local referral sources. Developed training module for hospital staff on the process of screening and referring patients. budgetary and operational oversight for two twenty-two bed adolescent residential units and one long-term hospital psychiatric unit. Supervised nurses case managers mental health technicians and therapists. Developed and implemented corrective action plans for the units. Trained staff and supervisors. Served as chairman for Diversity Council and a number of committees (Risk Safety JCAHO Quality Improvement). Significantly reduced the number of seclusions and restraints staffing costs major risk events on the units and staff turnover. Moreover nurtured relationships with referring agencies and psychiatrists and lead treatment teams.
