ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Assisted, consulted and mangaged the production of an online onboarding training program, that rolled out to 50,000+ employees including field, district and regional teams for 700 Sears stores. * Achieved one of highest-ranking performance management reviews in district and was part of top ten General Managers in company, receiving nomination by District Manager. * Appointed as district trainer to successfully onboard new store management, to develop successful team members
