* Ensure that the Sponsor and Business Project Owner are aware of their responsibilities obtain their approvals as appropriate. * Develop and maintain with weekly /monthly updates as required for the Project Charter Project Plan Project Schedule and update tools like Clarity for risks issues change requests financials and milestone (Critical Milestone Charts) tracking. Includes using the following tools as appropriate: ITMS DORF SDS GEMS * Execute team status reviews and project reviews with the Sponsor & Program Manager. * Preparation and presentation of the status reports to L2 and L3 meetings as required of the governance structure and reporting requirements. This included coordinating BAM deployments with the State of Michigan Business areas like the Remittance Processor RBM (Renew By Mail) In-House Vehicle Corrections and In-House Driver Corrections Finance Audits DSIC and DTMB Helpdesks working with Mason and St John's branches SST (Kiosks) and with EC Sub through the DTMB PMO representative.
