Summary: * Hands on results oriented, high energy Project Manager/Senior Technology leader who achieves significant bottom line results by defining and delivering major Information Technology strategies that empowers the business initiatives and growth. * Experience managing multimillion dollar project of Full SDLC Project. * Excellent at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding ongoing projects and initiatives. * Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.) Tools Version One, Polarioan * Ability to convey new ideas can easily adapt to change to new policies and procedures. Systems footprint analysis for organization. * Performs other duties including development/QA/UAT and assists other staff as necessary or as directed by management. * Operates under irregular work schedules as needed and provides off-hours operational support. * Using internal and external systems, tools and databases, enter and track the assignments, status and delivery of all requirement elements, and report from detailed and holistic perspectives * Hands on knowledge and experience and proven ability to lead and execute an aggressive effort, to install the automated testing tools like Test Director, Win Runner, Quick Test Pro, Load Runner, Mercury Quality Center and Mercury Test Suite. * Modify the application setups as required to allow the products to interface with another vendor's software, creation/modification of test plans/scripts, database data validation using SQL, test execution and analyze results, establish best methodologies. * Design User Stories/Use cases for testing of site development by UAT and QA teams * Manage the prioritization of project requirements, and coordinate resolution of conflicting requirements and risks. * Generate all necessary documentation for management, tracking and authorization of all requirements * Establish, manage and report on goals and metrics for the completion of all requirements within the project
