Janna wrote Janna developed all research, focus groups, analysis, customer journey mapping, customer experience statements and developed the execution plan for CME Group to launch their new approach to meeting their customer needs. Inherent in this work was to uncover and address the internal challenges between departments, divisions, and countries in achieving these goals. Janna's work identified those issues and she developed a strategy that launched a change plan and communication strategy to address those needs. produced and directed an award-winning PBS program focused on integrative wholistic healing. Featuring Ivy League educated Dr. Elaine Ferguson MD Janna's work included re-branding and developing all content for Dr.Elaine.com website production of videos blogs all scripting and PR. This one-hour show aired throughout the US and Canada throughout 2015 and 2016. Janna recently expanded her business to include the development of Goodwill Legacies for individuals who want to leave more than just their financial wealth to their families and friends. Her approach and her products serve clients and trust attorneys with a process and end-product capturing both insight and foresight for families and generations to come. In Janna's recent position as Change Management Lead for CNA Insurance she worked with the HealthCare Segment team in the development of all key messaging. She researched and wrote the CNA's unified "story" and message guidelines for employees producers and partners alike. This process involved all key leaders of the business and has unfolded as the cornerstone of their brand message. Her stories filmed in the field brought deeper understanding of CNA's go-to-market strategy and formed the key illustration for CEO Tom Motamed in his quarterly addresses to all 8000 employees. She filmed over 100 hours of interviews with key leaders and partners at CNA and shaped those messages as a key lever for key change initiatives talent development and branding.
